Here is just a quick mock up of a theme I may start making.

It's only a Photoshop image but I think it could look quite nice once made into a proper theme.



What could I change, add?

Idk not really liking it much.
I think it's the navy colour should be a blue instead.
The bars "General Chat" and "Webmaster" look odd to me I think you should make them the same width and the info bars.
The background needs improved I think but can't recommend much for that.

I think it looks great, but i feel that something is missing but i dont know what.

The empty spaces for the threads seem a bit big, but that's pretty minor.

Try making buttons for the Login and Register? They look out of place.

It might be better if you remove the drawing in the background. I like the color you've been used in this theme. Keep up the good work my friend.

Imo it's looking too plain. I'd personally add some more gradients into it so it looks attractive (forgive me for expressing me badly)

It looks very nice, you should look at other themes and make it unique then others.
