While this thread is obviously going nowhere, I can attest to being scammed. One rating less than a 4 (the norm) means you can no longer cashout. The forum owner doesn't need any reason for doing so, but they've successfully frozen your account forever. Seems like nothing more than a cheap way to weasel out of paying legitimate members.

That's incorrect, you just need an AVERAGE above four. If you're making quality posts (3+ sentences, not a canned "I agree" message), there's no way you'd be receiving 3/5 as a rating anyway.

I've never made posts like that, but I have nothing to back up my argument because I don't know who gave me a 3/5 rating. Besides, the payment per post is now
5cents/post and it's continually lowering.
And how many ratings above 4 have you received?
I'm not sure. I was just warning you guys that I was banned for pretty much no reason.
