Any help?
It doesn't say anything to me. You need to analyze the dump to tell what is the cause of it. That is just a notification window to tell it had suffered from a crash.

To analyze dump. Use whocrashed @ http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed

Instructions are stated on the site.

The cause of your crash is driver related that had failed.

Do you have 64 bit Windows? Have you upgraded your driver lately? It might have been the cause of the crash.

Edit: Open Task Manager and check if ntoskrnl.exe is running at the moment in the processes tab.
Yes it's windows 64bit and there seems to be no windows updates.
Also that process is not running.
Start - type in Search box > MSCONFIG find at top > Right Click RUN AS ADMIN

General Tab > check Diagnostic Start > APPLY > REBOOT

Have you checked through the manufacturer website that you have the most upto date drivers?

also i suggest if you dont already uninstall your security software and install Microsoft Security Essentials at least till this is resolved. reason is most AV softwares can cause bsod and MSE hasn't to date. so this would rule out one thing.
Sorry, I totally forgot about this.

What software do you currently have on the computer like for antivirus/firewall/antispyware/antimalware. As stated, some of these programs can cause a crash.

As looking through the results, it suggest that it is a hardware/driver issue.

Please try this solution. http://www.windowsitpro.com/article/desk...lure-.aspx

Or troubleshooting from Microsoft http://support.microsoft.com/kb/246243

Make sure all your drivers are the latest version either from Microsoft or the original manufacture website.
