It worked but my user settings where deleted and a lot of programs are not workings properly, and all my saved usernames and passwords where deleted, it seems my Cookies where not deleted, and my Google Chrome browser "forgot" my last browsing session and it's settings but my Firefox browser "remembered" it's last browsing session and settings, my default Browser was changed from Google Chrome back to the default (Internet Explorer), and, luckily, my Anti-Virus programs seem unaffected.

If you have any web browser open during the cache clearing it won't clear it. You shouldn't even depend on saved passwords or usernames. That's what most people don't understand lol, it's a security hazzard, and is exploitable.
I don't it's jest so I can get in faster, and if I 'depended' on saved passwords and usernames how can i post now from the same computer, or get into my Gmail account, my Facebook account, or any other account I have.

I never said being dependent on them included not being able to remember them. People use it for faster access as well..

The Malware may be in an operating file and with a boot-scan not even the operating system is running, only the scan.
I think you have a malware issue here, now the best method to find out and possibly try to remove it is by doing what i suggested;
MalwareBytes is very good at what it does, and the best way to try and remove any possible malware is to boot into safemode this way it will limit any chance of it infecting or causing more damage to any system files.
if you find malware we can take it from there.
it seems to me that you came here for help, however you are not taking any advice that is given which i believe I/we are just wasting our time. unless i am mistaken you are still going against any advice.

I would agree, Aelita you need to post more information on whether or not you tried our advice and if it worked or not or if there was any errors you may have encountered.
it's hard for my to try Bugsy's idea if I don't know where to download it. As for more info I thing some of my auto start programs where disabled, I'm not 100% shore that any where because Windows Defender is running a scan and I can't check and the last time I tried to open Firefox I couldn't. I'll let you know if I notice any thing odd or if my Anti-Virus programs find a virus.
