Did you get any virus lately?

I don't get infected, trust me. I've also run scans with hjt, malwarebytes, eset, my zone alarm and router logs are also fine.
Clean as a whistle.

Did you mean Rundll64.dll not Run64.dll?
It could be a problem with the registry.
Did this happen before? or is it the first time?

It's been happening since I used a crypter on a rat and tested it on myself, I'm completely clean from the infection but I get that error every time.

Probably crypter messed up some registry. It happens with virus as well.
You should download http://www.registry-cleaner.net/
and run a scan to fix registry error.
