I've tried and succesfully done lucid dreaming a few times. (around 5)
I recommend you look further into it.
I am looking forward to trying this as well i have been having vivid dreams lately and i hope i can start to lucid dream sometime soon as well.
I've read the tutorials as i was very interested in this. After i read it, i thought it's too hard, lol.
Keep it Up, i don't know much about it.

My psychology professor informed me that sometimes the brain can send signals that simulate the real thing. Just like during hypnosis, for example, when you eventually convince someone that you are sticking a burning cigarette in his palm instead of just a piece of chalk, you'd see the person's skin redden and he will complain of pain.
my mom does this all the time and hates it since it makes her not get a lot of rest
Never heard of it before this thread. I read the article above sounds really interesting id love to try and experience it

This is why I would never want to have Lucid dreaming.
