Tell her that you can't keep doing this no matter how bad the situation is cause money isn't easy to get.
You're not obliged to give this girl any money. You just met her. Continue seeing her if you'd like to but don't dish out money like you're the damn Toronto Dominion for pete's sake. After a couple of days/weeks of not helping her out, if she sticks around, you got your answer.
