My dad is a professional DJ in the UK. Well in the London Area. He works in all the top nightclubs etc. Well I wanted to know if you guys remember the song he made in 1992.

It was on top of the pops, and it hit 13 in the UK charts. Its called We are raving.

I know its not the best, but it still hit 13 in the charts. He didn't sing this, he made it Smile

Let me know if you have heard of it.

Nope. My dad produced it. Not giving his name out. If you do some research you will find it though Smile
It's too boring.
This song sounds what gays would dance to in prison.

Hahaha I laughed so much Big Grin
That's a nice song mate.

Victoire
yes,can recall it perfectly and all the later hardcore that ripped the acapella to.
that was the best thing about TOTP in those days, when we got rave/hardcore on tv that didnt give a damn, look at how TOTP turned out- like a puppy afraid of its own shadow, woudnt dare touch anything that steps out of the ordinary, that is probably why it got old before its time as it was just the same old paint by numbers pop.
was to young to apreciate what the hardcore scene meant at the time, but loved listening to it all.

that is an awesome thing to be able to say,he made an iconic track even if people remember the vocal more [due to how much its been ripped off] ,the rave scene has so much history attached to and it is a very big thing to have been a part of it.

cant say own dad has got a strong history in anything apart from vegetable producing, and to be honest woudnt touch any of his as they have more worm holes in than a windows operating system.

was that printed in mixmag?,pete tong [the owner of the FFRR label who they are slating one of the songs of] worked along side them in mixmag, probably still does but havent bought it for the past few years.
R&C wasnt a bad track, they cant judge electronic music from the early nineties by todays standards.
