I haven't tried Gingerbread, yet my 3GS and iPhone 4 had 4.0, which I loved.
Though android is loved by a load of people, functionality and ease of use wise, iOS is better.
I think this'll change with new versions of android, as even gingerbread looks nice.
I would have to pick the iOS, I have always like iPhones more then Android. Mainly because I use my ipod daily and I know what I am capable of doing with it. It is very easy to multi task as well.
The Gingerbread Android suck major balls, the thing I like about iOS is that it's simple and fast and having a lot of features at the same time.
I definitely prefer iOS! Way better! With Jailbreak 10 times better also!

android, because it is much more powerful and you dont have to jailbreak it to do fun stuff with it
I think that is best iOS4
iOS4 seems to be better than Android, I guess it's because it's quicker.
