I'd give you $6 for this account, you really need high stats to make a good account sale.
I'd probably price it around $40-$50, although if you're selling it to a website, like Gold4RS, you're only going to get $20, maybe even less.
Those sites scam you out of your money so bad...Though dealing with them generally goes smoothly.

Probably around 10-15$ because i think people buy 10m for like 7$ so that + the Dragon hatchet + the stats is around that
