Yeah, I'll need more details.

EDIT:
Oh, yeah I see. It doesn't even need to be a special occasion...just be alone with her and make it clear you like her. I can't really tell you how to do that, though..it just comes natural

I haven't met either of them in real life, although I wouldn't mind meeting Craqe in a dark alley for som- Ohmy

I just happen to know they are brothers.
Ask her out and see how it goes.

I've had a "crush" (Can't think of a better term) on her since last year. I'm thinking of just building up the "friendship" this year and then ask her out to the homecoming dance next year and see where things go.

I almost feel like waiting this long is a "bad" idea. I'm really not sure.

Do not wait, but do not ask her 'out' Ask her on a date somewhere.

'Hey, would you like to go ________ with me later?'

Remember though, pick somewhere you can have fun and socially interact, a movie you cannot, it is silent and awkward.
Trust me, If you wait TO long then your going to set yourself in concrete for a friendship, and we all know that love cant be found in tight friendships, like having sex with your best friend is NOT cool.

Sex won't ruin a friendship but love/dating sure will Oui
No offense, but have any of you ever went out with a girl? In modern teenager days you don't ask a girl on a date....that's just dumb. You just spend time with her and make her know you're interested and just ask her out...not to a place but ask her out. Period.
