because it adds to the content and activity on the site regardless. However, people who post in this area who don't meet the requirements should get some type of punishment nonetheless. Possibly a warning? Best case scenario is that this will be closed, but you can't expect that to happen. Just don't post in here anymore. People going for the posts and such will just look at the first post, know nothing of the rules for group recruiting, and will post applications for no apparent purpose in the end.
