Hey all, I am having a problem with my icons. I cannot drag them to certain areas where I want them on the desktop. They are forced to lineup perfectly. If anyone has an answer or a guess as to what would fix this it will be greatly appreciated.

right click on desktop->view and untick the autoarrenge icons
