Yea quick scoping is not bad in black ops people say that cause the need an excuse because they really are not very good at quick scoping.
honestly quick scoping in black ops when it first came out was attrocious,but the new patch fixed it i heard...i haven't been on black ops in a week or so though to check.
But quick scoping should be cured and be like mw2 but a little different.
I was playing on a quick scoping only server today, was fun but I wouldn't play on it a lot. You would get bored easy if you played for a long amount.
You could actually QS before this patch,
but only in Private Matches
