Force feed it to him lol. Jk.

He will eventually drink, or die. I hope the first one though.
This reminds me of my neighbors old cat... Sad
But anyways, their cat would never drink out of used water, she always had to have fresh water. But they had an idea and got one of those water filter things or something that just loops the water around and stuff. She drank from it.
Maybe he don't like his bowl.? Try a new one. If not then i guess that's just his personality.
Make sure the cats whiskers are not hitting the bowl when he drinks.
They don't like it.
As somebody said recently, just let him use the dog dish.
I wouldn't worry too much about it, he/she will pass that phase soon enough.

He'll race me to the bathroom, and jump up on the sink, and meow to get me to turn the water on so he can drink, and he also drinks out of my dogs dish. I was wondering if there is any particular reason he may do this.
I've tried switching his dish, by the way.
Change his bowl. It may work for you.
That is kind of odd that we does that, but hey to each his own so I guess just let him eh
Hmm that is amazing. xD "Come and start the water so i can drink!" lol idk what to tell you bro, but imo thats cute.
You'll need to clean out the bowl, so it will think nothing is at the bottom, or get a different bowl.
