very small handful of people, and those people already have very well established websites.
I'd say CPALead is pretty decent to get stable income with small effort, but there are far more better techniques than CPALead. Just saying that it is not the best method on the internet but pretty good one.

This is true. I do my advertising on youtube where I have 96 subscribers.
IMO, CPALead is a kick ass way, Just target people who have no experience in surveys, Preferably kids.
i have more luck with adf.ly then cpa lead lolz
