I learned at 13, yes you should, yes it does. i went so long without practicing though that i only remember certain parts so im about to re learn it, but it shouldn't take very long considering i still understand it just forgot how to do some stuff.
14 rofl. I think we all learned around there.
I started learning C++ at about 14-15. I believe my full understanding an appreciation of the language didn't come until 15/16 though.
When I was 15.
I learned C++ at 14. It was fairly simple and I was told to start at C++, as it is basic and easy to understand. I love it.

We have an Intro to Computer Science class in school. I took it out of boredom, 16 at the time. I want to punch my teacher in the throat.
