Well, My question was not that hard to understand.
I mean, Am I going to buy a flash my phone with a flash device so that the phones firmware gets updated to the latest?

Or what does the USB flash devise do to my phone?

Mien Nokia E series had the same problem, I formatted the phone software and installed a fresh copy of software, It then works like a charm...

The reason i learnt that you have probably a used mobile, because mien was a second hand mobile, and it got a little trouble. Sad

Well.. I still need to buy a USB cable for the phone to update it. but it's cheaper than a new phone.
Aren't Nokia phones like...retarted anyway?
You should update your phone with nokia latest firmware , check the latest update on nokia.com
