Good post. I have bipolar depression and it sucks. I'm depressed a lot and I hate socializing. I have very few good friends but not much. 2 is better than 0. Sleep doesn't help. I have so much negative thoughts about myself and people always judge me. I've tried to kill my self once by over dosing but i didn't succeed. One of these days it will.
it is a good guide!

not sure if understand why others have had issue with cutting in the guide, was it wrote very differently before editing?

though this is just own personal view,as an ex cutter woud not recommend it even short term as it can cut the wrong place and end up with reduced sense of feel on the skin, for some people the scarring will be a problem, there is a high chance of infection and its easy to go to far if using sharp tools.

am classed under the 'severe major depressive disorder with pyschosis' label, and had been cutting badly since about twenty [coming up to twenty seventh birthday now],havent cut since october when was diagnosed and put on a high dose of ADs,look like a burns victim now on the arm and leg because of scarring, have lost a lot of feeling to on the scarred areas.
certainly isnt something woud personaly recommend doing as it costs to much in long term damage.

in accute situations, walk into the emergency room and get pysch evaluated,in the uk go to the GP as they are usualy well trained in basics of MH stuff now and can prescribe ADs if needed, not sure what its like for americans.

It wasn't written differently, it was originally near the top I just re-organized it slightly.
Nice, Extra.
We run this.

I figured now with the massive population increase this can help someone.
Its alright to be sad for a while, but not too long.
I got a mood disorder from chemical imbalance. My life is messed up
Thanks for posting this, and I've been through it before, I know exactly how you feel.
Great and very informative information! I notice a lot of the information connects to peers in my highschool.
Read most of it. Thanks for this huge contribution. I've been depressed only by not sleeping for enough time. I'm a happy person overall!
