Yes, parkour and free running are basically two different terms that mean the same exact thing. Some people might say free running involves more tricks, but it's basically the same exact thing.

People describe it in different ways. Well parkour is more of trying to get around obstacles the quickest. Kinda like doing vaults.

Free running is doing flips over obstacles, or just flips in general.
