I haven't read your previous thread, but i'd say talk to her on Facebook first, then slowly move forward with like txting and calling, then ask her if she wants to go out and watch a movie with you.

The worst thing that could happen, is that you are blaming yourself that you never tried it!
You can check how she feels about you. Ask her out, to do something. start with something simple. You wanna watch a movie sometime? or go bowling or something. If i want to have a bond with a girl. you have to get her on a date with you. Once on a date, act funny. giver her a nice time. And then you you will be friends and if it was good for both of you. maby more.
