Basically, you have a plastic guitar (not full sized) with 5 coloured buttons on the first few frets. The game consists of pressing the buttons and "strumming" in relation to the colours and positions shown on the game screen.

I play guitar hero a little on 360 and a lot on PS2 but can't do it past the easy level because I just don't have the hand eye coordination
I do and I have GH3 too! Only tho I have a wii.
I used to play it a bit when i borrowed it off my friend, but I brought DJ Hero last year and I play that now instead
