Please navigate to the following files and delete them:
C:\Program Files\Applications\file <<-- This file
C:\WINDOWS\system32\file <<-- This file
C:\WINDOWS\folder <<-- This folder
After deleting please remember to empty your Recycle Bin. To do this navigate to your Desktop, right click the Recycle Bin icon and select Empty Recycle Bin.
