I could of Done Better I wasnt Really in the Mood For
making Signatures but I did one anyway

Rate 1-10

Not good at all.
This does not blend what so ever.
The flow is off, just looks like a charzard salpped on to my grandma's wallpaper.
the text is alright.

Some Smudging and Etc...

Well, I think you should just scrap it, and start fresh.
Try putting the render into a mountain terrain Background.

Im still trying to Learn Photoshop

Check out the tutorials at gfxforums.net

It doesn't blend well and the background doesn't relate to Charazard. It looks like you just put him on the background?
