the render is to sharp on the face
lighting on the render is off
theres no shadows

other then taht good job

I did sharpen her face but I thought it suited. Maybe I should lower the opacity of the sharpen layer.
I actually think the lighting and shadows is fine on this because the light source is infront of the render so there wont be any shadows except for under the finger / arm which if you looks under her left hand fingers there is.

As for the text I coudn't do anything to make it suit for this piece.

The text is very bad, it is too messy and you should stick to at most 3 different fonts at one time.
Other than that everything is top notch, 8/10

Text is nice. (Although it could be positioned better).
Face looks strange. (Probably like bkotz said, its to sharp).
Needs more shadows around her face. (Under her hair, below her chin etc..)
Also I'm not really a fan of the dimensions you've used. (But thats just down to personal taste).

Good job anyway I'd probably rate it 8/10.
