indeed, I'm just saying it does take away from the focal.

Bad lighting, don't add artificial lighting unless it suits.

Render doesn't blend in.
Depth is ok but can be improved.

I agree with everything accept for the render not blending in, how does it not blend in?

Look at it, the render sticks out way too much, looks like you blurred everything but the render.

that would be the smudged under layer.

I personally like the second version better, But I would try to give more focus to the render, My eyes seem to drift away from it.

Well what catches your eye on it more then the render?

Untouch is right I'm afraid. The render really does stick out like a sore thumb. If you blended it in with the background it would add more depth & feel to the image.

I'm not really sure what I think about it to be honest. 1 part of me loves it but the other part of me hates it.

Yea, if you put it that way it makes sense, I should have maybe incorporated a render that fits the the concept more.

That's what I mean, the colors aren't toned to fit together.
