The lighting and effects look really nice. I'm not so sure about the C4D's on the right and you could also do with adding more depth to the render. (There needs to be more of a direction of light). It could do with some text as well.

The render looks a little over-burned in the update. I like how it looks in the first version.
The first one was sexy. Great use of lighting.
