How do you guys like it? Any tips etc?

That looks really good. I like the colors and effects you've added.

The colours are to strong. Did you use a gradient map? If so lower the opacity on it. Also I think the font really doesn't flow well. Apart from that I really like it. Good job.

The background is ok. The text could use some work (I notice that in every signature the text is similar, you should try something new). I also dislike the border.
