I know it has way to many colors, but yeah. :p I was feeling pretty good.

The graffiti is absolutely awful. Like seriously just get rid of it.
The girl is quite good although like you said, it has way to many colours.

I thought so too. :p I was just in a coloring mood. I'll post some more serious work later.
If you want tips on graffiti I have been doing it for over 5 years now so feel free to ask.
Did you use illustrator for the character?
