Full Version: What do you do, to stay healthy?

I do absolutely nothing. However, I'm only 130 pounds though.
I eat what I know that is helpful for the body.

Mostly veggies and water.

Our body needs protein, Meats are a good way of gaining protein.

I work out. Not excessively.
<3 Fast metabolism.
I am 140, but thats because I started working out. I mainly just ride my bike though.
Well, From my point of view, a healthy breakfast is the foundation of a healthy diet. It is a meal that offers the possibility to eat serving of whole grains, protein digestibility, and a serving of fruit or two. The energy of a healthy breakfast can lead to your day in a more stable than the consumption of stimulating foods like sweets and coffee.
My amazing metabolism. I have it easy haha. I workout about three times a week and im always playing basketball.
I do the meditation exercise which helps me to control on the thoughts and increse the inner energy. Another thing is that it helps me to increase the confiedence level.
Truth Speaking i never get in my mind that "what should i do to keep my self healthy."
The days pass and life goes on....
I don't do anything.. Smile I eat everything too and I'm not fat! )
Now that I'm at a weight where I want to be I eat whatever I want most of the time. I just have to keep going to the gym.
Not to hard.

I do watch my foot a little, but I work out constantly.

Football
Running
Biking
Snow boarding.
