HEllo you can download themes but it will make your computer very slow.

Get windowblinds. It is awesome. Go to http://www.wincustomize.com/ for all the themes. I would recommend rainmeter aswell. Rainmeter isn't for themes, but more for the desktop. Awesome all the same.
