Motocross track, I made it a priority to find a place with a large back yard. I've already gotten 5 tandem loads delivered to the house and I am getting a bobcat out there this weekend. I make sure I have a track where ever I live.
Bitchy grandmas aren't the best. My girlfriends grandma, my god. She is the most negative person I know. But you know what? They have hearts. Somewhere in their, I'd imagine she cares. And your words may have gotten to her. You should call your grandma and try to make amends to her.

I'm passed trying that, I have already tried, but what she has done with not only affect me know, but it will affect me years from now. She basically frauded $50,000 out of my parents and won't even to go as far as to acknowledge it.
Get a lawyer. You can beat this.
Trust me. Facts are facts. You will get a stay of execution on the property i suspect.
If the majority of the payments have been made it will then be sold. And as part owners with tenants rights you should be able to stay.
But i guess it would have to be sold should you not reach an agreement.
But thats why you get a good mouth piece.
You get into court and put her medical history onto the record.
You put every documented payment on the table. Get some resolution here.
Obviously things have gone wrong here. But hopefully a different medication and a bit of mediation you should be able to sort this dreadful mess out.

I actually agree that you could do this, but would your mom really want to fight fire with fire. I think that she's biting her tongue and walking back.

Yea see where your going. And agree. Cant have that.
Its not about that though. Its about medication and mediation.
Those things get sorted out you will find this mess hopefully over.
But lets face it. She gunna sell from under them.
Something is going to give soon. And if its sold its too late!
GM = Gamemaster?

Well I think the only way to not cause more commotion in the family is just biting your tongue and walking away. Then again at the same time if you suspect that your grandma is on some sort of substance I'm sure you can tell pretty much anyone and they'll give you some good advice.

No person would hurt their family for financial benefits (at least I wouldn't unless they've been mean all my life) or for the most part that is. Meaning that there's something behind this, but I honestly can't fathom what it would be besides being under the influence.

Exactly. Thats why medication and mediation is needed.
Not family on family unfortunately. Its too late for that.
Its about lawyer and lawyer. Then hopefully doctors and treatment and mediation.
