Juking isn't hard at all. It might feel awkward at first, but it's reeeeeeally easy.
Just tell her, and she will most likely help you. Or you could just go, and do what everyone else does, just don't do anything that's going to draw any attention to yourself, and most likely, no one will notice you at all.
