How can I block a specific site on my lil brothers computer?
C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
Open the file hosts with notepad.
Type right at the bottom:
127.0.0.1 Site.you.want.block.here.com
Or, log-into your router and add a blocked site. Set the keywords as the sites URL.

You can also set the trusted sites zone and their corresponding levels in internet explorer..

then if he installs another browser you must set that too. host files makes the most sense as it's globally for only his pc.
Or, you could go to the control panel and enable parental control and add any site that you want block.
