Anyone know a good place to buy virtual credit cards?
I googled for a while and the best places I found were VCCmoney, virtual-cc, and TruCards.com but I don't know if they're scams or not

There is a way to make your own, I think it is netspend, not 100% sure though.

Sorry I forgot to mention that I want to pay for it with Liberty Reserve and I want to resell them, although I don't really care if I have resell rights or not

Netspend looks like their virtual card feature might work, thanks for sharing.
