Actually, you can find hosting as cheap as 1-2$ nowadays. Add a free forum software to that, and you have a forum, mister.

I think he's asking how much he can make if he sells his domain. However if you want to make a forum and need some cheap, reliable and fast hosting then check out Stylized Minds, located in my signature.

A crappy host, perhaps. Anything less than $4 per month should be avoided.
OP: It's better to develop the domains before selling them, you'll get more for them.
