7/10. Soften the red outline a little more. Remove borders on the left and right sides. Nice choice of font, good job.

Owhh man..I've involuntary delete .xcf file..I can't make any improvement unless I make a new one.

I quite like it. The text is cool and the red glow outline is sick.
