Ok, so I added my site to the Stumble Upon list. Well, in the span of 3 hours, I picked up 70 guests, where as previously, I picked up maybe 2 every 8 hours.
I don't know if this is helpful, but I thought I'd share.
If you have FF, you can obtain the plugin by going to your add-ons manager and typing in "stumble upon" and selecting the appropriate plugin. Then restart and it'll give you a sign-up etc. Just follow the instructions and you'll then have the Stumble Upon buttons available on your browser.
If you come across a site that is not in the DB (like my site) add it.
It seemed to help my traffic a tad.
