I like V1 better tbh, the second one looks too grainy. The name placement in the second is good but it's hard to read and is a really dark red.

Prefer v1 as well. v2 looks over-contrasted.

I love it love it love it, except for the diet.

I think you added too much of that splash effect on v2 and kinda looks overkill no offense.
