Well even simple things can be impressive.

But in my opinion, it needs a bit more depth. I think there should be a darker shade of blue being used somewhere.

Don't like the first one. Second one is better. But you need to work on your text. The font doesn't really go with the background imo.
And yes, the last one does hurt my eyes
