im sure you can get enough courage to do it, next time she on the beach, just walk down to her parasol and ask for her number or something, thats what i would do, probably anyway

You REALLY have to talk to her! You wont regret it.
Just kick a ball in her direction "by accident" and then walk over to her and appologize and start talking to her XD

Well then, you should bring a ball this time. Cause it really could work.
It would give you a chance to talk to her. Or you could pretend you see a shell
or something around where she is and go over to see it. X) and say something to her
like: "WOW. this is such a pretty shell!" She'll agree.. then you say, "You can have it if you want."
