Hi there,
Using tune up i optimize the speed of my pc. but i don't like the visual quality :S
The lecters are strange and when i move something:

How to fix this?

haha, don't optimize it.
It does that instead of doing the nice thing, takes less CPU & GPU -- but is ugly, idk how to put it back xD.
i'll go to Teamviewer and try to fix it for ya
- Shadows.

You might just have too many programs running at the startup. Try turning off some of the programs before you go and try to optimize your computer. There are programs that you can download from CNET that will do it for you.

I don't have any idea to increase visual quality but I think the visual quality on your PC is due to optimizing your speed or due to many program installed or by opening many browser at a time.
I think the graphics card that are you used is not good.So I think you need to change graphics card.Its improve the quality of video & picture.It increase visual quality.
