Depends entirely on the situation.
How old is she?
How close are you two?
Do you know the guy?
Are you his friend?
Do they go out?
If they go out, how long have they been going out for?

But generally I would just close the door and walk away, possibly confront later, depending on the situation.

Is this a general question or did this happen to you?
