[Release] rbShell 1.12.4

rbShell 1.12.4

What is it?
rbShell is a project to create a program that takes the power of Ruby, and mixes it with the power of your systems commands. Creating a powerful environment for many users including programmers and system admins. With it's cross platform ability, it will work on Windows, Mac, Linux and any other platform that will run Ruby. Being portable (in the way it keeps everything in a single folder) means that you know exactly where everything is, making it perfect to put on a USB stick and carry around with you. It's open source nature means there will not be any surprises, and what you see is what you get. It will work on windows without Ruby being installed, using our own, portable Ruby script launcher. Works with Ruby 1.9.
