Well I ended up rebuilding the fuel pump myself hopefully that will fix the problem.
I had a good realization after I noticed that the primer bulb was emptying when the motor was being ran. It led me to believe that not enough fuel was going through. And since I could prime it and have it started the only thing that it could have been was the fuel pump itself.. Final thing I might need to do is replace the fuel line which is the easiest and cheapest to do at about 20-30 dollars

Had the boat started today which ment I had rebuilt the pump correctly. Now I am just hoping that my problems is fixed even though the last problem that it could be is not a big one just don't want to fork over another 30-40 bucks but oh well will know tommorow when I take it out on my lake.
