Ohh, i gotcha. The only problem i really had my first time was the cam/crank timing.

Yeah we started putting it together last night. I just need to get the timing cover welded because its got a pinhole leak which is what caused the whole situation.
That won't be too hard to get done though.

It is most likely your thermostat, I dont feel like reading all three pages to see if you solved it but it's more than likely your thermostat. I just had to change mine today. Well i've been runnin my car with no thermostat for 2 weeks but finally got around to changing it today.
