[HJT] Analyse anyone?

Well, since I downloaded a program a while ago, I noticed a dramatic change in speed. So, I did a system restore and it seemed better. But then it got worse, and I had to a system restore numerous time. So, if anyone can point out the problems in my system, that'd be great!
Also, if you could suggest unnecessary services or programs that are running which could be shut down to increase performance, that would be great. Maybe some suggestions of programs (can be free or pay-to-use software) that would help boost the speed and performance of my computer and internet.

Also, a very important thing is that my comp (a laptop) overloads and shutdowns when it overheats. I've noticed this regularly happening when I have power on "High Performance" but "Powe Saver" seems to avoid this problem? Some tips would really help this issue.

Also, sorry for bothering you guys, but at the start of every boot I get a "OODBS Program not found - Skipping autocheck error" which I've notice for just the past few months. My computer is working as it should be but why is this showing up? I don't understand.

Okay, search for "AntiVirMan"; he's written a nice guide for services that can be disabled. Just find his profile then click "View all threads".

As for speed, you should download these two programs:

Auslogics BoostSpeed
Advanced System Care

I suggest you run a full system scan with your antivirus (which seems to be Nod32) as well as Spybot: Search & Destroy.

Download Revo Uninstaller and uninstall anything that you might have that you don't need, using the 'moderate' method (you shall see when you choose to uninstall something).

Realise that toolbars can slow down your browsing speed drastically; use them sparingly. Many services that they offer can be incorporated into Firefox by way of addons.

As for your overheating issue, I recommend getting a $20-30 fan (cooling pad) that will last you a while.

If you cannot afford one, at least keep your computer elevated via a book or a table.

I wouldn't recommend removing O8 - Extra context menu item: &AIM Toolbar Search - C:\ProgramData\AIM Toolbar\ieToolbar\resources\en-US\local\search.html
Go to the control panel, and uninstall it from there. Removing it directly from HJT may cause browser instability.

Otherwise, the log looks clean.
