Yes, just follow the guide but use your websites cpanel, not the 000webhost one.

If you are using free hosting, or some kind of website builder though you will have to set it up and then hyperlink to it.

Download filezilla CLIENT.
Open it, then go to
File > Site Manager
and fill in the info.
