Iron uses the most up-to-date Version (532.0) of Webkit and V8 (1.2.14) which is significantly faster.

Chrome doesn't have an built-in adblocker.
Iron has an easy to use and built-in adblocker which can be configured by a single file.

The User-Agent in Chrome is only be changeable with parameters over a link or command, which isn't really ideal for permanent usage.
The User-Agent in Iron can be flexible and permanently changed by UA.ini.

I use a protable version for school. The IE school has installed takes 10 minutes to detect proxy settings. Iron is immediate.

Still prefer Mozilla over Iron ANYDAY!!! Iron has password saving issues, and i like my passwords to be there when i enter a page...
