If you are using it for i-pod related things it's still trademark infringement.............................

And yes, it can still be cybersquating even if you use it. It depends on your INTENTION when you registered it.

if your attempting to just buy it and resell it to apple for more then thats cybersquating, if you buy i-pod.com and make an ipod forum your fine
